Asif Ehsan
Founder & Managing Attorney
When your future in the United States feels uncertain, you need someone who understands both the law and the journey. Asif Ehsan built EHSAN LAW to help individuals and families navigate immigration challenges with clarity, strategy, and heart.
Asif’s story mirrors the very path many of his clients walk. Born and raised in Afghanistan, he came to the U.S. as a Fulbright Scholar, later returning home to teach law and contribute to democratic reform. But when it became unsafe to return, Asif himself sought refuge in the U.S.—and experienced firsthand how life-changing the right legal help can be.
That moment redefined his mission: to help others find safety, belonging, and a new beginning through the U.S. immigration system.
Today, Asif leads a growing, purpose-driven law firm that combines professional excellence with personal compassion. Drawing on his experience as a former prosecutor and judicial law clerk, he leads a dedicated team representing clients in asylum, humanitarian, family, and employment-based immigration matters.
For Asif, every case is personal. His work is not just about winning legal status—it’s about helping people rebuild their lives and contribute to a great country that gave him a second chance.
