Founder & Managing Attorney
Asif Ehsan
J.D., LL.M., B.A.
Asif Ehsan is the founder and managing attorney of Ehsan Law, PLLC. He is not only a dedicated immigration attorney — he is also a living testament to the transformative power of opportunity, resilience, and service.
Asif first came to the United States as a Fulbright Scholar, earning his Bachelor's degree from Macalester College in Minnesota. He later completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Washington and Lee University School of Law and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
Before starting his own firm, Asif served as a prosecutor in Minnesota and Washington, handling cases from charging to trial. He also served as a judicial law clerk to two district court judges in Minnesota, gaining deep insight into how judges evaluate legal arguments.
These experiences — combined with his international legal background, personal immigration journey, and unwavering commitment to service — now shape how Asif practices law.
